The 1st Gourmet Olive & Delicacies Exhibition took place on May 20-22, 2016 at the newly renovated cultural center, Lab’Atoir, in Thessaloniki, Greece under the auspices of the City of Thessaloniki and the Greek International Business Association. Domestic and international buyers met with the producers at their stands, sampled their products during chefs’ shows, enjoyed the Olive Bar sessions and expressed the desire to be present at the next exhibition in May 2017.

The 2nd Gourmet Olive & Delicacies Exhibition took place on May 5-7, 2017 at the Lab’Attoir, in Thessaloniki under the auspices of the Region of Central Macedonia, the City of Thessaloniki and the Thessaloniki Food Festival and the support of the American Farm School. Even more domestic and international buyers attended the exhibition with ecxellent results. The parallel events, many of which were in English were tailored to the needs of all participants. The Olive Bar sessions were fully booked and mostly appreciated, the thematic tastings in the form of MasterClasses were introduced with great success and enthousiasm, the mentoring center for both exhibitors and international buyeres and many more. The 3rd edition is in process and will be higher than any expectation.

I thoroughly enjoyed attending this spectacular three day Greek culinary event.
