Most alluring tastings of beverages and Greek herbal teas will be offered on Sunday 7/4 and Monday 8/4. Rose petals, mountain tea, sage, lemon verbena, mint, energy herbal blends, organic. A real treat streight from the wealth of the Greek soil!
American Farm School students will lead the tasting of their recent innovations: snail filet, sweet mushrooms and pickled mushrooms. We will also learn the history of the first pasteurized milk in Greece by AFS Library and Historical Archives Director.
Theodoros Pastourmatzis, FoodScriber, selects the products of 10 producers. They all have a story to tell. Theodoros unfolds their stories while you taste their products that showcase the dynamics of contemporary Greek gastronomy.
One session of pairing lunch and deli meats together with a variety of spreads and chutneys all produced by our artisan producers.
