At the first edition of Gourmet Exhibition a modern Olive Bar was tastefully set up offering the public the opportunity to taste and discover different varieties of olive oil and olives from all over Greece. Organoleptic characteristics were assessed and different cultivation methods were discussed. 

Creating tradition, the Olive Bar was a central feature of the second Gourmet Exhibition where professional connoisseurs along with olive oil producers lead the tastings.
