At the first edition of Gourmet Exhibition a modern Olive Bar was tastefully set up offering the public the opportunity to taste and discover different varieties of olive oil and olives from all over Greece. Organoleptic characteristics were assessed and different cultivation methods were discussed.
The Olive Bar remains a central feature of the 3rd Gourmet Exhibition where professional connoisseurs lead the tastings.
